DESCRIPTION:Join us for bird banding at our long-term Warner Park Nature Center banding station\, on-going since 1982. Observe our trained and federally licensed bird researchers and volunteers capture\, identify\, measure\, band (with a unique numbered aluminum leg band)\, and release wild birds. The data collected informs our understanding of bird populations\, migration\, and the importance of Warner Parks for birds.\n\nLeaders: BIRD Team\n\nRegistration is not required for families or individuals.
