DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 4th Annual Framily 5K at Mill Ridge Park on Halloween at 9am -- a fun 5K for family\, friends\, & fido on the trail at Mill Ridge Park benefiting Friends of Mill Ridge Park.\n\nBring your friends\, family\, and furry pals\, in costume if you dare\, for an unforgettable day on the stunning Grassland Loop Trail! The trail winds through meadows\, ponds\, hilltops\, and cedar glades — or take the quarter-mile paved loop if you prefer a more relaxed pace.\n\nFREE participation or upgrade to premium for $35 to get an official timing chip\, race bib\, and Framily 5K t-shirt! Results will be posted on-site and online.\n\nWe’ll have refreshments\, music\, guided stretching and first aid on hand.
