DESCRIPTION:Ages 13 and up\nRegistration required. Please call or email the Nature Center to sign up.\n\nMindful movement in nature is a great way to “zone-in” to the world around us. After warming up together while discussing seasonal features of the park\, we will independently run\, walk\, or wheel a self-paced 30 minutes along the Greenway\, then meet back at the trailhead to cool down\, reflect\, and share observations.
