Welcome to Gather Nashville, run by Hot TN Roof Media LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or reading the newsletter you agree to these terms. They are short, and written to be read.
What the site is
Gather Nashville is a guide: a curated list of family events, places and seasonal roundups around Middle Tennessee. We gather listings from venues, organizers, public calendars and our own research, and a person reads each event before it appears. We are not the organizer of the events we list and we do not sell tickets.
Event information can change
We do our best to keep dates, times, locations, prices and other details accurate and up to date. Even so, events are run by other people, and things change: events are cancelled, postponed, moved, sold out, or have their hours or prices changed, sometimes without notice and after we have listed them. We are not responsible for cancellations, postponements or changes to dates, times, locations, costs, age ranges or any other event details, or for any loss, cost or disappointment that results from relying on a listing. Before you drive across town, check the organizer's own page (every listing links to it) and, where tickets are involved, buy from the organizer directly.
Photos
Some listings show photographs supplied by the organizer or venue. Others show a representative photo from a stock library (currently Pexels), chosen to show the kind of event rather than the event itself. Where a photo is representative, the listing says so. A representative photo is not a promise of what a particular event, venue or day will look like.
Links to other sites
Listings link to organizers, venues, ticket sellers and maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or their handling of your information or payment.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, share links to, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy the site's listings, guides or photographs wholesale into another publication or service, scrape the site automatically, or use it in a way that harms it or other readers. Submitting an event or a correction gives us permission to publish and edit what you send.
No warranty
The site and newsletter are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the information is accurate, complete or current, or that the site will be available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hot TN Roof Media LLC and the people who make the site are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, the newsletter, or any event or third-party site they refer to. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which is nothing.

Subscribing is free and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every issue. How we handle your email address and ZIP code is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
